For the severely contracted hand and wrist, there is no better support than that offered by the Comfy Finger Extender Hand Orthosis. The splint acts as a buffer between fingers and palm in the tightly contracted hand and allows for gradual therapeutic increases in ROM of the DIP, PIP and MP joints. We provide two different sized firm hand rolls to add to the padded top of the splnt in order to encourage fingers to gradually increase extension. Softer hand rolls are available upon request. The splint is ambidextrous and available in 5 sizes: Adult, Adult Small, Pediatric Large, Pediatric Medium and Pediatric Small. Measurement is from the wrist to ope of middle finger.
