IONTO+Plus HIGH-PERFORMANCE Buffered Iontophoretic Drug Delivery System
The IONTO+Plus HIGH-PERFORMANCE drug delivery system is a non-invasive alternative to hypodermic injections. The system uses a highly conductive, silver-silver chloride active electrode and a synthetic buffered dispersive (return) electrode to effectively deliver ionic solutions for iontophoresis. The IONTO+Plus HIGH-PERFORMANCE electrodes come in four sizes: Small Square (1.5cc), Medium Square (2.5cc), Large Square (4.0cc) and a Butterfly Contour (2.0cc). The electrodes feature a convenient EZ-Fill drug window and a large adhesive area to eliminate pad movement. By using a highly conductive active electrode and the highly dispersive, buffered return electrode, we are able to achieve comparable or improved drug delivery using much lower current dosages and intensities. HIGH-PERFORMANCE IONTO+Plus electrodes are designed specifically for treatment protocols using higher mA/minute dosages.
