LiteGait Jr. is ideal for larger size children.
The LiteGait Jr. model is perfect for a pediatric population, accommodating children up to 150 lbs. and 5\' 6\" tall*. The harness comfortably supports the child and the locking straps allows adjustments to be made for walking symmetry. The lighter design of the LiteGait Jr. allows a child to be safely supported while walking over ground or over a treadmill.
Gait therapy sessions using a treadmill at speeds as slow as 0.1 mph can be very effective with the pediatric populations. In combination with the proper training program, LiteGait Jr. can help improve gait patterns, posture, balance, muscle strength and overall endurance levels. The harness is adjustable and fits comfortably, providing for a very enjoyable walking therapy experience.
