Ultrasound
The SynchroSonic U/50 provides the widely used therapeutic modality of ultrasonic diathermy.
Ultrasound may be applied separately or may be combined with electrical stimulation simultaneously through the ultrasound transducer using an external electrical stimulator such as the Amrex MS324A, MS324AB or MS322.
The transducer protection switch automatically shuts off the ultrasonic energy when the transducer is placed in the cradle and automatically resumes the ultrasonic energy when the transducer is removed from the cradle.
The cable fault alarm system detects improper transducer cable connection and/or transducer cable damage and will cease the ultrasound output until the transducer cable is properly connected or, if damaged, replaced.
