-Adjustable thigh pads lock user in place to perform lat pulldown.
-With feet against foot pegs the user is locked in place to perform low row.
-Upper and lower pulleys are fitted with mountain clips to change handles for tricep pushdowns from above and bicep curls from below - so unit delivers four exercises.
-Drop down plate allows user to fine tune resistance.
