How To Wear
•Elbow
1. Wrap around the upper forearm close to the elbow.
2. Make sure to overlap the head of the radius.
3. Apply firm pressure without impeding circulation.
4. Finish and secure the hook closure.
•Thumb
1. Wrap around the palm of hand once.
2. Wrap around the wrist once.
3. Continue wrapping around the hand and wrist in ""figure eight"" pattern.
4. Finish and secure the hook closure.
•Knee
1. Wrap around the upper calf just below the knee cap.
2. Apply firm pressure without impeding circulation.
3. Finish and secure the hook closure.
