The malleable ulnar stay creates a dorsal block that maintains the 4th & 5th phalange at a 70° to 90° angle to keep fingers in full flexion following injury. The preformed palmer stay helps provide correct fit and proper support. Indications include Boxer’s Fractures, flexor tendon and/or digital nerve damage to the 4th & 5th metacarpal phalange.
