Smartvests should fit very SNUGLY! (like a wet suit for diving)
Sizing guidelines are just that, guidelines.

Please note these details: ALL VESTS COME WITH 12 LBS (12 x 1 lb. weights)
Different size vests have different weight capacities, therefore you should buy the additional weights accordingly:
- Men’s XS will hold a total of 20 lbs.
- Men’s Small will hold a total of 24 lbs.
- Men’s Medium will hold a total of 32 lbs.
- Men’s Large will hold a total of 32 lbs.
- Men’s XL will hold a total of 32 lbs.
- Men’s XXL will hold a total of 32 lbs.
- Women’s XS will hold a total of 20 lbs.
- Women’s Small will hold a total of 20 lbs.
- Women’s Medium will hold a total of 24 lbs.
- Women’s Large will hold a total of 24 lbs.
Additional weights are available to order when you are ready to add more plyometric resistance
