Simply slide your thumb into the Wrist Wrap thumb loop and tighten the two Velcro®-style straps around your forearm and palm. Rest your hand on a flat surface or elevate. If you are in physical therapy for recovery from wrist surgery, consult with your physician or physical therapist before applying your Wrap for the first time.
