Chest stringer has (1) pair of handles
Floor plate is equipped with (1) pair of handles for floor level use.
Adapts to ceiling heights of 10ft. to 12 ft.
Equipped with (2) weight carriers, each contains (5) 2 lb. weight plates (total 20 lb.). Weight plates can be added in 2 lb. increments, up to a maximum of 20 lbs per side
