Supports and protects the foot, reducing plantar pressure from both shock and shear
The orthotic base layer is made from a full length Urethane material of a Shore A 35 durometer* with a Plastazote soft moldable top cover. Both materials may be direct formed to match the plantar surface of an individual's foot when heated with a heat source (i.e. heat gun or oven) of 230º F
This product meets the requirements of code K0628 released by CMS for the Therapeutic Footwear Program
