Soft weighted balls are supplied in a sequence of heavier progression heavier in a standardized ball size of 4 1/2" in diameter. The weights start at 1.1 lb (1/2 kg) and progress to 6.6 lbs (3 kg), with corresponding Thera-Band® colors progressing from tan to black. Each ball is labeled with the Thera-Band® brand, Soft Weight descriptor, and the weight in both kilograms and pounds.
