This extension spring (also called \"Wynn Parry\" pr Capener splint) uses coil springs placed lateral to and in line with PIP joint. Curved proximal and distal supports distribute pressure evenly. Extension assistance is adjustable by altering distal strap. Measure finger to be fitted from palmar crease to distal finger crease.
